I bought a Mi Band product from another supplier, I can certainly return this product to you, or ask for help on this product from you, right ?

Kindly contact and return the item to the supplier you purchased the item from. Unfortunately we cannot accept such returns or assist with such queries. The reasoning for this being, there are a number of unaccredited suppliers, supplying cheap fake merchandise to customers. This is the vast majority of the queries we have every day. We strongly advise that you purchase items from accredited suppliers, whom provide genuine products and are familiar with the product to provide the necessary support.

I see a number of Mi Band Products are available at a cheaper price on other sites, why should I support this store?

We provide ORIGINAL international version (English) Mi Band Products. The user manual of the product is one of the indicators of the version of product (Chinese or International) you currently have. The Chinese Mi Band products are cheaper and are considered less reliable. These are generally sold in China, as the return process from customers incurs less cost. The international version we supply are considered more mature and reliable and suitable for export. This also ensures the longevity of the product you purchase from us.

Does the Mi Band 1, 1S, 2, 3 and 4 have sizes? S, M, L?
Or it's in one size and adjustable with the bandMi band is not manufactured in different sizes. Its strap length is about 225mm.

Does the Mi Band 1, 1S, 2, 3 and 4 have GPS? No, it does not. The Amazfit, however, does have GPS and Glonass functionality. 

Are Mi Band 1, 1S, 2, 3 and 4 compatible with Android and iOS (iPhone OS) ?

Yes they are compatible with both Android and iOS

Is the Mi Band 1, 1S, 2, 3 and 4 compatible with Windows Phone (with windows 10 Mobile)? Mi Band is not compatible with Windows Phone.

If someone calls me, will the screen show a phone icon or the persons name ? If someone calls you, on the Mi Band 2,3 and 4 this item will show a phone icon and vibrate

Is the android app in the Play store? Yes it can be found in the play store, search for Mi Fit

Does Mi Fit support Discovery Health ?
Unfortunately at this stage not.
